Ultimately, I chose to capture a photo I believe conveyed the state of religious architecture. Having the side profile of this beautiful steeple being illuminated whilst the other side is cascaded in darkness. Reflecting the decline in attendance as western society begins to shelve ideas that formerly played a critical role in their lives. Also insinuating that certain values continue to thrive.
